Returns Policy
We
naturally hope that you will be delighted with all your
purchases, however the unexpected can sometimes occur and
you may need or wish to return an item.
Broken Goods

advising that you are returning the item and the reason.
A
replacement item will be sent to you within 10 days of receipt
of the defective item.
You
are responsible for shipping costs to return the item and
we would recommend using recorded delivery. We will pay
for the delivery charges for the replacement item.
Cooling off period
By
law, you also have the right to withdraw from your purchase
of an item within seven working days of the day after the
date the item is delivered to you. This applies to all of
our products.
To cancel
your purchase under this cooling-off period, please send
an email to info@velvetdreams.co.uk with the subject
"Contract cancellation". Please package the relevant
item securely and send it to us with a printed copy of the
email so that we receive it within seven working days of
the day after the date that the item was delivered to you.

we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service.
Please
note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning
the goods to us.
For
items that are not broken and wish to be returned under
the cooling off period the following policy applies.

The goods must be unused.
2.
The goods must be in their original condition & packaging.
3.
Items supplied in sealed packaging that have been opened
are non refundable and non exchangeable.
4.
The goods must be received back within 7 working days from
the day you received your order.
5.
Lingerie and items of clothing are non refundable and non
exchangeable.
6.
Videos and magazines are non refundable and non exchangeable.
As soon as
we receive your returned order we will refund the purchase
price for that item together with the item's normal postage
charge--we cannot refund any priority, express or courier
component of the postage charge. For more information on
